My Very First Blog! 18 comments

WOW….this is my first blog post.

Alex “the great” Jefferys said “don’t get it right get it going”
so here it is warts ‘n’ all.

I’ve never had a blog before and to get me this far I needed some serious help, this came in the shape of Garry Parks and Tommy McLaughlin, Garry got my blog up and running and i’ve been watching Tommys’ Blog Tutorials which are fantastic and sooooo easy to inderstand, if your struggling to understand your blog get these videos.

So far i’ve chosen my blog theme, uploaded my header (big thanks to Michael Ottman for the design) i’ve set up Google Analytics and still got to do the Meta Tags and other stuff but its all in Tommys’ videos so I just need to work my way thru’ them.

I’ve now added the Twitter plugin and the Contact Form plugin, many thanks to the post on the forum from Mark Terrell about different Plugins and to Matt Wolfe, yep I made the same mistake as Marcus Passey, So I feel in good company!

I still don’t understand a lot about the Plugins but I’m gonna make this work so I will plough on, and the great thing is I don’t feel alone, the support from everybody on the forum is nothing but fantastic, so I thank you all.
